I Love 336 Marketplace

I Love 336 Marketplace

December 18, 2020

In relationships, it has been said that opposites attract. It could not be any truer in terms of my hubby and me. He’s the crockpot while I am the microwave. He’s the thinker: slow, steady, methodical and analytical. I tend to jump in feet first and ask questions later. I don’t meet strangers, where it typically takes time for him to get to know people. We make a good team. One decision that didn’t require too much of Lee’s time was the decision to move to Grand Central Park and I’m so grateful.

My “microwave” personality loves living so close to 336 Marketplace Retail Shopping. When I needed a day-timer and journal, I ran to Michael’s. When I need a quick bite to eat, Chic-Fil-A is always there (4 piece kid’s meal with half water/ half lemonade, please). My Dad and I love meeting at Salata for lunch. Most Sunday’s you will find me picking up our weekly grocery order from Kroger (what a huge time and money saver). The other day I popped into Ulta for a few items and I was in and out in no time at all. Lee and I love-love-love going to Torchy’s Tacos, Teriyaki Madness and MOD Pizza. Be still my taste buds. Anytime I don’t feel like cooking, they have me covered. In terms of gifts and stocking stuffers, Five Below is my go-to place. Last year I bought Lee a shirt that said, “Cycologist”. Talk about a perfect gift for my favorite cyclist. I love that I can go to the bank (shout out to Chase), get my nails done, get a massage, grab lunch, groceries and shop for all my home essentials in one-ish location.

Talk about convenience and I love that more and more stores are opening! I confess that there are a few stores I haven’t been to just yet, but I’m slowly checking them off the list.

What a shopping and dining line-up:

  • Kroger Marketplace
  • HomeGoods
  • Marshalls
  • Michaels
  • Chick-fil-A
  • Burlington Coat Factory
  • Ross
  • Whataburger
  • Torchys
  • Starbucks
  • DICK's Sporting Goods
  • Chase Bank
  • Nails of America
  • MOD Pizza
  • Hand & Stone
  • Ulta Beauty
  • Salata
  • Teriyaki Madness
  • Wingstop
  • UPDATE: McAlister's Deli

336 Marketplace is a wonderful complement to living the Grand Central Park lifestyle. I can’t wait for City Central to open! Thank you, Johnson Development for thinking of everything!
