Build Community Through National Night Out Oct. 14

October 03, 2018

Join law enforcement and your Grand Central Park neighbors at 336 Marketplace for an afternoon of community building, fun and safety at National Night Out 2-4 p.m.  Sunday, Oct. 14.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships to make our neighborhoods a safer and more caring place to live. It’s also a great way to get to know the people in your neighborhood.

Our event is free and open to the public, giving you an opportunity to spend time chatting with officers, firefighters and other community partners.

Scheduled to appear will  be representatives from:

  • Conroe Police Department
  • Conroe Fire Department
  • Montgomery County Sheriff's Office SWAT and recruiting
  • A game warden with a new training trailer that includes animals that were illegally hunted
  • Montgomery County Hospital District
  • Montgomery County Constable
  • Conroe ISD Police offering fingerprinting and fatal vision goggles so you can learn the dangers faced when driving drowsy or distracted

In addition, we’ll have a DJ spinning tunes, a face painter, games and more.
