Introducing Our Newest Models Just this month, Coventry Homes has opened two new models in Grand Central Park, the only Houston community to offer these plans. The two-story townhome designs have generous outdoor living areas and stylish interiors illuminated by natural light streaming through broad windows. The home at 211 Twilight Toast has an enclosed courtyard with a fireplace, as well as a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen. A farm sink is a highlight of the open-concept kitchen and the second-floor master suite offers a covered patio. Coventry’s model at 215 Twilight Toast places the outdoor kitchen in the courtyard and the master suite — complete with a built-in coffee bar — downstairs. Up next is a model by Jaeger Homes, which is expected to open at the beginning of March. Hello, All! Welcome to Our Grand Community! From the Developer With nearly all of our model homes now open, more people than ever are visiting Grand Central Park, drawn by our location, lifestyle and beautiful homes. Builders have reported 23 sales total through the beginning of February with more to come as we move into the spring home buying season. And builders are ready! They have 50 homes in varying stages of construction, with more than a dozen available for immediate move-in. One-story and two-story designs are available, as well as several patio homes and townhomes. Finally, excitement is building for our Grand Central Park Jamboree planned for April 22. You can stay up-to-date on details by visiting our website at grandcentralparktx.com or following us on Facebook. The event is open to residents and non-residents alike, so we hope you, your family and friends join us! We curated a mix of builders who are offering home designs that are far from cookie-cutter. In fact, many of the floor plans available in Grand Central Park are brand new. Trillium Park, our first park space, is underway and hiking trails stretch for miles under a canopy of trees. Residents also will have access to the 88-acre Grand Lake and the 12-acre Deer Lake, two natural waterways to explore nature and observe wildlife. And yet with all of these natural amenities, urban conveniences will be minutes away at 336 Marketplace, under construction now. Amidst this whirlwind of activity, our builders have opened eight model homes, with a ninth coming in early March. We have a grand story to tell, and it’s now time to unveil Grand Central Park to the world. Please join us for our Jamboree 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 22. The camping-themed fun will include a rock climbing wall, a canteen bar and camp cuisine. Smokey the Bear will be on hand, as will a kangaroo and its baby joey. There will be backyard camping displays set up and a Jeep showcase. Participants can register to win a spectacular camping set up and a Jeep tour trip to Sedona, AZ. We’ll see you there! Henry’s Home — a Place to Unwind, Recover Situated on ten acres along the north edge of Grand Lake, Henry’s Home is not only a sanctuary for rescued horses, but a respite for those wanting to get back to nature. Henry’s Home is a place where veterans suffering from PTSD, depression or other deployment-related ailment can come — for free — for equine-assisted psychotherapy. Many professionals say that working with animals moves treatment along faster. Henry’s Home also offers a chance to ride a horse or even host a birthday party where kids can ride, groom and pet a horse.
