Get Ready for The Cuterie Charcuterie

There’s nothing more beautiful or elegant than a well-crafted charcuterie board. But who has the time? The Cuterie! A new concept in dining, the new restaurant will soon put a modern twist on this edible art form.

Slated to open at Marcel Boulevard in Grand Central Park this April, The Cuterie is the brainchild of owner Amanda Starley and a team of skilled local residents.

“I’m really excited about our ownership group,” said Starley. “Everyone brings something special to the table. We have skilled entrepreneurs, seasoned restaurant and franchise operators, and I bring three-plus years of charcuterie experience and 88,000 passionate cheese lovers on social media.”

The Cuterie will offer customizable charcuterie boards that can be crafted in three- to -five minutes. Customers can choose from a menu of “Cuterie Classics,” including an assortment of cheeses called the Friendly Fromage and the Butcher Board for meat lovers. There will be a featured “board of the month.”

Build-Your-Own-Board options also will be available. Customers can choose from a variety of meats and cheeses as well as sweet and savory options. For more health-conscious diners, there will be sharable platters and salads. Beer and wine will be available along with staff suggestions for the perfect pairings.

The Cuterie will be open for lunch and dinner making it a great option for girls’ night out, date nights or working lunches. Curbside to-go orders, delivery and a full catering menu for special and corporate events also are planned.
