The Best of the ‘Burbs Home’ Tour Returns

Why is April one of our favorite months? We get to show off our amazing community during the ‘Best of the ‘Burbs’ Home Tour!

The annual event hosted by Johnson Development opens the doors to more than 130 gorgeous and professionally decorated model homes and nearly 500 available homes across 12 communities, including Grand Central Park.

Our 9 professionally decorated model homes by eight of the nation’s top builders will be open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays during the tour. Visit them for interior design inspiration, to talk to sales representatives about your new home or just to see what’s new in home design.

You’ll also have a chance to tour our fantastic amenities starting with The Lake House. 13-acre amenity complex with pavilion, dog park, playground, fitness center, event room, and resort-style pool. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a patio with a spectacular view it’s absolutely gorgeous. Our residents love it, and so will you.

You’ll also want to check out The Grandeur, our network of nature trails and paved roadways that lead you to Deer and Grand lakes and all of our parks.

You might also want to plan for some shopping. Our commercial district is booming with plenty of shops, boutiques and eateries.

If you really want to get a taste of the Grand Central Park lifestyle, swing by for Jazz Fest, 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at The Lake House. Bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit and enjoy local artists Bayou City Funk and Raquel Cepeda. Boomtown Brass Band will lead a second line parade. Complementing the music will be a balloon artist, face painters and more. Food trucks Culinary Cognition, Come & Taste It, Conroe Party Connections and Frios Pops will be on hand. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.
