New Luxury Enclave

Grand Central Park has begun development of Deer Lake Estates, a luxury home enclave situated in our new South Village.

J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes will be the exclusive builders in the section offering custom designs on 75-foot and 80-foot properties situated along 12-acre Deer Lake. Only 16 homesites will be available.

Homes in Deer Lake Estates will be priced from the $750,000s for designs starting at 3,400 square feet.

Enhancements to Deer Lake Park will include a kayak launch, pavilion, fishing dock, hammock grove, outdoor table games and open lawn space.

Residents of Deer Lake Estates will also be within walking distance to several amenities, including The Lake House amenity complex and Grand Lake.

City Central, Grand Central Park’s commercial district is nearby. The district encompasses Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Marcel Boulevard mixed-use development and — coming this summer — the Hyatt Regency Conroe Hotel and Convention Center.
